What you get, what it costs, and how to get your money back. Written to be understood.

The short version. £39 buys you the off-ramp checklist straight away, eight weekly emails, and the AfterJab app free for life if it is built. The app is not built, and it may never be. If at any point in the eight weeks you do not think it was worth £39, email jay@afterjab.co.uk and we will refund you in full, no reason needed.

Who you are dealing with

AfterJab is run by Intelligensys Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16343647, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Camden, London WC2H 9JQ.

When you join the waitlist or buy founding access, your agreement is with Intelligensys Limited. You can reach us at jay@afterjab.co.uk.

AfterJab is not a medical service

This matters more than anything else on this page.

We are not doctors, nurses, pharmacists, or a clinic. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or supply medicine of any kind, and we never will. Nothing we send you is medical advice.

Anything to do with your medicine — whether to stop, when to stop, what dose to take, or what to do about a side effect — is for the doctor or pharmacist who knows your history. Please talk to them.

If you feel unwell, contact your doctor, call 111, or in an emergency call 999.

The free waitlist

Joining the waitlist costs nothing. You give us your email address and we send you the off-ramp checklist and occasional emails about AfterJab. You can leave at any time by replying to any email, or by writing to jay@afterjab.co.uk.

Founding access — what £39 buys

One payment of £39 gets you:

Founding membership is limited to fifty people. That is a capacity limit rather than a sales tactic: one person reads and answers every check-in, and fifty is how many he can answer properly. Once the fifty places are taken, the price goes up for anyone joining after that.

Being straight about the app

The app is not built. This page exists to find out whether enough people want it. It may never be built; if it is, founding members get it free for life.

If we stop running AfterJab, we will tell everyone and refund anyone who has paid.

Refunds

Email jay@afterjab.co.uk at any point during the eight weeks and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. There is no form. We aim to process it the same day, and the money usually reaches your card within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including your right to cancel a distance contract for digital content within 14 days. Our eight-week promise is more generous than the law requires, not a replacement for it.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The charge will appear on your statement as AFTERJAB.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.

What we ask of you

What we are responsible for

We will provide what is described above with reasonable care and skill. If we do not, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

What we cannot do is take responsibility for your health outcomes. Whether you keep weight off depends on a great many things that are not within our control or our knowledge. We can give you good information, structure, and encouragement. We cannot promise a result, and we do not.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If things change

If we change these terms in a way that affects what you have already paid for, we will email you first. If you are not happy with a change, you can ask for a refund.

If we stop running AfterJab, we will tell everyone on the list and refund anyone who has paid.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own country.
